Pronounced 'Markay' - our region lies on the eastern side of central Italy between the Adriatic sea and the Appennine mountains. It is the unspoilt part of Italy, rural, with spell-binding hill-top towns and curvy hills, orchards and vineyards You can be in the mountains in the morning and the beach in the afternoon!
